Pregnancy photos in the historic center of Florence
What you are about to see is an outdoor maternity photoshoot in Florence taken a few years ago on a September morning, when Florence was still asleep.
Andrea and Leonidas live abroad but were in town for a few days holidays in Tuscany and they decided to immortalize this moment for them so special.
They wanted a memory of their holiday in Florence but also a memory of the expectation of their first child. And I was really happy to have given them some photographs that testify to all this.
Outdoor maternity photoshoot in Florence
The hour we spent together really flew by. We met very early in the morning in front of the Duomo to avoid the crowd of tourists that usually fills the streets of the historic center of Florence since the early hours of the morning.
This avoids having people in the background of the photos and the couple is usually more relaxed when they are not surrounded by so many people looking at them.
We took a nice walk in the old town, taking advantage of some shy sunbeams, but happy not to have had to use the umbrella.

I like to alternate, both to have some shots much more candid, and to make dynamic and relaxed the experience of the maternity photoshoot for the couple.
